Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Holland Cooper purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Holland Cooper signature labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Label & Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
